Archaeology on Hiatus

Hello Readers!

Our team concluded the 2009 Field Season (Archaeological work) in December, and since we live and work in Connecticut, we are currently on hold due to the frozen tundra of southern New England. Check back in the Spring of 2010 for some very cool updates!

We learned a lot in 2009: perfecting our methodology, the look of iron after it has been in the ground for 300 years in New England acidic soil, and last but not least, meeting some wonderful people. 2010 should be an exciting and historic field season!

Locals, enjoy the New England winter – and those from afar, we hope you are reading this from someplace warm!
